1. Introduction

Welcome to Plymouth Coach Company. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or via email.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email once the reservation is completed.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

3.2 Cancellation by Plymouth Coach Company

  • In the event of a cancellation by Plymouth Coach Company, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 Amendments by Customer

  • Changes to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the booking must be paid at the time of the amendment.

4.2 Amendments by Plymouth Coach Company

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the booking (e.g., vehicle type, route adjustments) in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to others and to our staff.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our vehicles.

5.2 Luggage

  • Passengers are allowed one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked luggage.
  • The Plymouth Coach Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.

6. Liability

6.1 Service Reliability

  • While we strive to maintain punctuality, Plymouth Coach Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).

6.2 Personal Injury and Loss

  • Plymouth Coach Company is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the journey, except where such incidents are due to negligence on our part.

7. Complaints

  • Any complaints should be submitted in writing via email or mail within 14 days of the incident.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Plymouth Coach Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the booked service.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the service.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
